The following guidelines should be adhered to for a voluntary employee separation:
1. Fill out the Off-Boarding Form.
The following guidelines should be adhered to for an involuntary employee
separation/termination:
1. All involuntary termination requests should first be sent to the Legal/HR department
(Legal@MotosAmerica.com) before moving ahead with a termination for a review of the
basis therefore and any specific legal requirements by which we may need to abide.
2. Review the Involuntary Termination Guidelines before the termination meeting.
3. Fill out the Off-Boarding Form in the termination meeting or before the end of the day of
termination.
